Recruiting, selecting, and hiring the right talent, including organizational leadership and other key staff, is critically important to your nonprofit’s success. We offer comprehensive services to recruit and select the most qualified executive staff with the right fit based on your organization’s needs and culture.

Our services include meeting with your board and key staff to gain a deep understanding of your organization’s culture and strategic imperatives in order to develop a recruitment plan. Our team of Human Capital Management experts works with the hiring Executive or Selection Committee to revise position descriptions, determine the best total compensation package, and to select the best advertising methods.

We take care of all aspects of the recruitment process, including application management, pre-screening, interviews, and the selection of top candidates to present to the Executive or Committee based on the recruitment plan. We finalize the recruitment process by conducting background screening checks.

Lee+ Associates also provides onboarding assistance to ensure a successful, long-term hire.
