Rhonda Serna joined Lee+ Associates in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of executive administrative experience. Prior to joining our team, she was an Executive Assistant to three attorneys and the Executive Assistant/Office Administraor for an architecture and interior design firm. Rhonda previously was the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at the HEB Corporate Office. While at HEB, she managed the request and distribution of millions of dollars in checks and gift certificates to nonprofit and civic organizations.
Rhonda has coordinated special events such as The HEB Feast of Sharing, Alamo & Main Plaza Christmas Tree Lightings, HEB Adopt-A-School, H-E-BOO Sugar Free Fright Fest, benefit races, walks, press conferences and more.
She manages all areas of the Lee+ Associates office operation as an effective troubleshooter in an environment that changes by the hour. Rhonda’s cheery disposition and pleasant outlook on life bring that extra special element to the work environment.
In her spare time, she enjoys watercoloring, gardening and road trips. Rhonda and her husband, Guy, have been married 35 years and have two grown children.
