Amy Dameron Phipps brings a depth of experience in resource development to her work with Lee+ Associates, raising funds for The Children’s Shelter, SAMMinistries and The Winston School San Antonio. In addition, she has served as Director of Community Investment and Philanthropy for Zachry Holdings, Inc. and as Executive Director of The Zachry Foundation. Amy currently serves as the Executive Director of the Genevieve and Ward Orsinger Foundation.
Amy was named Outstanding Fundraising Professional by the San Antonio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2006. She has served on the boards of the Youth Orchestras of San Antonio, the San Antonio Choral Society, St. Paul’s Episcopal Montessori School, the Planned Giving Council of San Antonio, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and on the Education Issue Council of the United Way of San Antonio & Bexar County.
She is an alumna of Leadership San Antonio and serves on the Outreach Committee of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. Amy sings with Copperleaf, a classical a cappella ensemble, and her parish choir. A native of Detroit, Amy is a summa cum laude graduate of Trinity University and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She is married to David A. Phipps, President/CEO of Lifetime Recovery, and has two grown children and twin grandchildren.
